Do I need an appointment?

Our waiting time varies depending on the number of patients we have at the clinic on the day.

Do I need to fill out any forms before seeing a doctor?

Please fill out the online questionnaire in advance so that you can save time after arriving at our clinic.
If you are not comfortable with digital services, paper forms are available at the clinic.
